“Growing up, I knew of the church and attended occasionally with my mother and grandma, but we were not super active. After moving and starting a new school, I became good friends with a girl who was a member of the church. She invited me to attend her church youth group activity with her.
I soon became friends with lots of the kids in attendance and started going to church as well with my mom. Around my freshman year of high school, I started seminary and meeting with the sister missionaries to learn more about the church. After a long time, and dozens of sets of sister missionaries, I came to the realization that I was already living and believing the gospel. So I decided to get baptized and I’m still friends with all the great people I’ve met along the way. “
