“At a very young age, I was drawn to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Even though my family didn’t always go to church every Sunday, there was something there that I wanted to be a part of.
As I grew older I decided to go to a college sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It was there that I took a Book of Mormon class, and read this beautiful book for the first time. As I read this book and prayed about it, the holy spirit would touch my heart and testify to me of its truthfulness. It is truly another testimony of Jesus Christ! This was just the beginning of my testimony of this marvelous book. Each time I read it I learn a new truth
or something that my Father in Heaven wants me to know.
I have a testimony of prayer. Heavenly Father loves every single one of His children and He wants to hear from us. I have a testimony that He hears and answers our prayers. I know Heavenly Father lives and so does His son Jesus Christ. I know that Jesus Christ is our Savior and redeemer. Christ’s atonement is real! He died for us because we are imperfect.
We can repent and be clean so we can live with our Father in Heaven again. I love my Heavenly Father and His son Jesus Christ. I’m grateful for their love for us and for restoring Christ’s church, even The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He did this so we may have joy here on this earthly journey.”
