“The plan of salvation gives mortal life meaning, a purpose and direction. Growing up I was taught by amazing parents how to get on the path and where it leads. And what is in store for me after this life. I am a pretty simple person. I love Jesus Christ. I love life. I love to be happy. And I have always just simply believed.
How was I converted? Well, Little by little going through life as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Attending classes. And being taught by many teachers and leaders and attending activities. Then as a grown-up I wondered, am I converted? As I was in a leadership position and asked to teach and supervise others I wondered if I knew. Did I know what I needed to know about the gospel to be a leader? With faith and prayer and support from others I found that I did. I am converted! I was taught and I just simply believed.
And now I know that I am in the right place in my life. The place that I want to be. The place that I need to be to return to live with Heavenly Father and my family again. I need to take steps forward on the path every day to continue to learn and grow and be converted. I love being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.”
