SIXTY NINE

“One night, I was bringing groceries into my apartment and I heard a voice asking if I needed help. I turned around, and there were two sister missionaries. They helped me bring in my groceries. Later, they asked if I wanted to return the favor and join the church. I had my first lesson at the Visitor’s Center. I was baptized in April of 2020 as the first baptism in the Missouri Independence Mission during the covid lockdown. I was ordained an Elder and was given the Melchizedek Priesthood in January of 2021. I received my endowment at the Kansas City, Missouri Temple in April of 2021.

I bare my testimony that one random act of kindness and charity can make a difference in someone’s life.”
